1st attempt at an ice cream cake. It was very easy actually. I just made achocolate cake mix, cut in half (I used a bigger pan than 9 by 13) then in the center is choc. chip ice cream) Covered with homemade butter cream frosting. I’m assuming it was good. I don’t care for Choc. cake, so I didn’t get to try any. Gregory loved it! So all is good 🙂
