We planted Watermelon for the first time ever. A friend told us that someone told them to just let the melon fall off and then you’ll know its ready! Well… that is not true! Thankfully we found out. We were gonna just let them hang on the vine for a while. My dad was over last night and said you have to thump it and if it sounds good and like something in there…. then it’s ready. We did it with our BIGGEST one and it was PERFECT!!!!!!!!! Soooo yummy! We’ve got about 4-5 more on the plant and more blooming! 🙂
