Well, not much to report other than we think our offer got put with an asset manager! This is good step we think. Right now the asset manager is looking into and getting all the seller part of the stuff done (papers etc…). As far as we know they will come to us next. As far as when, who knows!

I’m assuming that they aren’t rejecting the offer because they are going through all this stuff with the seller. I would think if they were gonna reject it then they would have already done so. Although it seems nothing is a “for sure thing”.

I hope we get to find out more this week. Maybe a time frame? We’ll see.

In all this we know God is working and He knows the perfect timing for all things! I’m thankful we have that to hold on to and we can trust that He’s got it all figured out! We just need to sit back and be patient and wait on Him! God is good! 🙂

Meantime, we are taking lots of walks and enjoying our country life while we can! The orange blossoms are lovely and smell so wonderful this time of year! Its a beautiful Spring Day today!
