I had a dr. appt today. It went well. She said the baby is doing really well. He was wiggling all over and she could see him kicking through my tummy. Said I should be measuring 25 but was 27, so she thinks the baby is growing good & that he’s looking healthy. The heart beat was about 140 today. She did remind me that I need to get 10 hrs of sleep a day! Yikes! I’m trying though!

I go back to the Dr. in 4 weeks, and will have another Ultra sounds around 34 weeks. In three weeks she’d like me to check my blood sugar again. She also wants me to get the flu shot & I guess the swine flu shot. Does anyone know about these shots and if its necessary?

We still need to get a couple things for the baby. Our changing table got water damage when our AC was leaking in the garage and it was already partly broken anyway. Our infant car seat (the carry kind) got ruined the 5 years it sat in the garage at our old house, even though we covered it and tried to keep it nice… the rats got to it 🙁 , and a new stroller which I’m trying to research and find a good one that I’ll be happy with using. And he’ll need a dresser. I’m hoping to at least register a car seat for a baby shower. And we will try to find a dresser and changer. Been keeping an eye on craigslist and some other places. We shall see what kind of deals we can find!
