– This summer is just flying! School starts next Wed. Adam is in a combo class with Mr. White. 1st and 2nd graders. Not a fan of the combination class, but praying its gonna be ok. Abigail his cousin is in the class so that is great. They get another year together 🙂 Adam is excited to have a male teacher (there are only 2 at sespe). Gregory gets Mrs. Garnica (he had her part of the year for GATE last year, so he already knows her). Ian is in his class, so he is happy!!

– We helped Pop and Levi with the “harvesting” of 26 of our chickens this morning! Bright and early we were up and going at 6 AM! Yup, we killed them, and plucked the feathers, and froze them, and will eat them. Organic, home grown chickens! It wasn’t and EASY thing for sure! But a good experience for the boys! Good to know where the food comes from!!

-Busy harvesting the big garden 2 times a week. Been freezing lots of tomatoes too! We are trying to eat more healthy and do more organic stuff these days!

– Luke is growing like a weed and on the go now crawling all over! He thinks he is big stuff!

-We are all enjoying reading Pilgrims progress still.

-I had a great “date” with Gregory today. So much fun to have that one on one time with each kid. We went to wood ranch and he got his FREE ENTREE since they messed up his birthday dinner. Lots of great visits and a fun afternoon with my 10 year old!!

-loving this COOLER that usual Summer!! Hope it doesn’t HEAT up too much in the fall!

-Getting ready for AWANA to start up soon. Less than a month!

-Brian and I both turned 32 this year! (June and Aug.) Wow!
