My dad was an MCB 3 (Mobile construction Battalion) . They got things ready for the Military to come in and land. He did welding on pipelines, out in the air fields, and on some tanks.

He was in the see bees for two years. Met Granma in his first year in the service. They met June in 1968 and went to Vietnam in July that same year. He returned from Vietnam in March 1969 and got married in April of 1969.
