I sooo impressed with these ladies! Just such a different atmosphere in the birth center than going to the doctors.   I soooo wish I had look into this SOONER!!!!!!!! I went right in before my 2:00 appt.  and started my appt.  No waiting! Did you hear that (0r read that?)? No waiting around to have my appt.  She was with me for over an hr. just taking her time with me, answering my questions, measuring me, etc.  I’m soooo happy!  Makes me want to have more just to be able to go there!! LOL  They treat you like people, friends! Its just an amazing difference to me and I really loved it.

I think everything will work out smoothly with our insurance and payments etc.  We aren’t worried about it.  

All my questions and concerns were addressed and I feel so much more comfortable.  Now if Gideon can just get here already!! Gonna walk tonight, so hopefully that helps!   My blood sugars have been great so far!

I did let her check me and I’m 2 cm, 50 %.  His heartbeat was 136, fluid seems fine.  He’s head down and in good position to go.  He’s measuring 39 weeks, and she said he wasn’t terribly HUGE.  I got to feel his toes! She felt around and could tell where he was, which is so cool.  My other dr. never did this! It was special to feel his little toes!

If I don’t have him by next week.  I have an appt. set for Sept. 6th at 2:00.  This is the day the Doctor ordered me to be induced, but that won’t be happening.
