I’m still looking forward to fall weather, the cool brisk mornings, rain too I hope! Still been very hot here!
Looking forward to my little Disneyland date with my Adam next Tuesday.
Boys get a fall break next week. I love vacation days. Sad that Faith won’t be out for a visit like planned. Wayne fell off a roof and broke his heel. We have been praying for quick healing and little pain. We might try to go to the movies for fun next week too, we shall see.
Gideon is 13 months. Crawling all over, pulling self to his knees, clapping, loves to eat and nurse still. He’s teething, getting those big ones so our nights haven’t been so great! He’s still in our room too. Luke has some nighttime “issues” still so we haven’t made the switch.
I’m excited to be going through a Beth Moore study about David right now at our church. It’s been really good.
Brian is back working in Awana and Adam is in his group. Gregory is going to youth group now. Same nights, all on Thursday.
Adam is still taking guitar lessons. He has also decided to do basketball this year. Brian will be co-coaching with a friend. Gregory is doing basketball again too. I think Brian will be helping some on that team too. Yikes might be hard for this Mom in the stands with two little ones (maybe some super great grandparents will help me out)!
Always have little house projects going on around here. Working on fixing up the laundry room and cabinets, boys closet, chicken coops, yard etc. I’m hoping for Christmas Brian might make me a kitchen table. We need something bigger and yet not huge to overtake our kitchen. I’m excited!
Enjoy our ladies nights out. Normally Monday nights dinner with Mom and Hope and then to. Bible study. Always a fun time.
Luke is getting better at his scooter and he’s so funny with his little hen. When you ask him what her name is, he says GIRL. He loves playing with dinosaurs still and play dough. He loves playing in our sandbox and he loves having his cousin friend over, MAFEW (as he calls him).
Gregory and Adam are doing great in school. We recently went to both back to school nights. They have some nice teachers this yr.
Well, I’ve cleared my head with what’s going on around here lately……off to do some Bible study before Adam gets home.
