Updates

Boys really enjoying Basketball.  I finally got to go see them last Sat.  Was very impressed with Gregory and him getting the ball so much this year.  They play full court and it was fun.  Adam is doing good and super cute to watch.  They only have just a few more games and Gregory will miss one in Feb because he picked to go to the YOUTH RETREAT for a weekend.  We were proud of him because we know that was a tough decision since he doesn’t get a lot of games this season. Brian has been great as a coach and the boys really like Daddy helping co-coach.

Gregory decided he wanted to break from baseball this year.  We were grateful he spoke up before we did.  We were thinking of suggesting that he not play this season and stick to one sport.  However, I’m sure we would have let him if he really wanted to play.  I’m thankful it was his choice and he didn’t really want to this time around!

Gideon is getting more BRAVE.  He has taken A LOT of steps and is very proud of himself! He will be walking in no time! He’s a busy bee too! His favorite things to get in to that he’s NOT suppose to is the cabinets in the kitchen, and the dvd’s.  He’s learning what NO NO means that is for sure! We see DR. MORRISON again beginning of Feb.  So far so good with no seizures! He and Adam did get the FLU shot.  Dr. Gold had run out of the low dose but managed to round one up for Gideon because he felt Gideon was on the high risk list.  Dr. Gold is awesome! We do love him!

Baby munchkin #5 is growing.  I feel huge.  I’ll be 19 weeks Friday and we go in next week for an ultra sound.  I love my midwife and I’m getting excited to birth at home for this one! Praying all goes smooth! I stay pretty tired.  Looking forward to starting back up walking 2 times a week for sure.

Reading “You can be the wife of a Happy Husband” again.  It is a revised one.  Brian is reading the Exemplary Husband book so we can discuss as we go through chapters.  Mom is meeting with Hope and I and we discuss it together, a little Bible study.  I’m also reading a gratitude book by Nancy Leigh Demoss right now.  Both have been really great!

Enjoying STORY TIME with Luke on Wed.  We drop Gideon off with Brian and go up for an hour to the library.  We check out books and get to listen to a story.  We go with a friend and its always fun and something Luke looks forward to doing.

Grateful all the sickness is leaving! Gideon still coughs at night.  I only ever got a stuffy nose.  I highly recommend if you are around sickness or the FIRST sign of it: EMERGEN C, UMCKA, Garlic tablets, Vit. C, and Cod Liver Oil .  I was able to FIGHT mine off (so far anyway).
