I will be 34 weeks on Friday! My oh my…. time is flying! So much I want to do still before he comes.
Got a new laundry plan! Been trying to think of how I can make it easier for EVERYONE! So Gregory, Adam, Luke/Gideon and BK & I, have a new little mesh hamper. Each of their OWN clothes go in it. Once it is full or needing to be washed, I will take that ONE hamper and throw it all together in the washer. No, I’m not gonna separate any of it unless there is something REALLY delicate or brand new that will bleed on stuff (and with my boys and all their old clothes…. it can all go together for the most part….) Then for the older boys, once its dry they will take their little hamper full of CLEAN clothes, fold and put away! This will save time of me sorting and figuring out where it all goes. HOPEFULLY it will go as smooth as I have in my little mind.
Had a nice little “me date” today. Got to get a facial, do a little shopping (for our laundry hampers and some baby items), grabbed a salad from wood ranch to bring home to eat. It was a nice time to get out. Brian kept the kids, fed them, bathed them, cleaned up, did some projects. He’s amazing!!! Love that guy!!
We get to go away Sat (only 30 mins away from home, ha ha!) to A TIME HAWKINS comedy concert. We got a little bed and breakfast and Hannah is coming to babysit (with Gregory helping). We haven’t been away for a night since I was pregnant with Luke and it was on our 10th anniversary. I’m really excited to go. Gideon isn’t nursing anymore and hopefully they will all go to sleep well for Hannah 🙂
My sister Faith had her baby Eden Amelia. Oh she is just a doll and so tiny! I’m really having a tough time not getting to see her and be close! I feel close to Faith and wish we were closer!!! I think lots of facetime will be in the future!!
I’m not ready for the HEAT. I hear its gonna start getting really hot already!! Seems like we didn’t get much of a winter.
May Day today. Missed ding donging my mom’s door and leaving flowers. Boys get a kick out of it too. Think its the FIRST time ever we haven’t done it. The boys did it to me tonight. I think it took a lot of “today is MAY DAY” hints…….. I was cracking up laughing this morning. Adam kept hearing me say stuff about may day and he looked at me in a confused Adam look and said “Mommy, what is May Day”. He didn’t remember. I guess its more of a “girl kinda thing”. Ha ha!
Enjoying my Beth Moore study called “When Godly People do Ungodly things”. Its been very good and convicting!
Hoping to get my yard “springy” soon! I’m not a good green thumber. I just like it to look nice. We shall see. We did plant a few veggies out back.
Gideon is 20 months today!! BIG BIG boy! Oh so cute too!
