Being that we shoot our arrows out into the public school, it takes a lot of Faith and Trust in God.  Trust that He is right there with them! Sometimes I have to admit that it is NOT easy! I get asked OFTEN… “do you homeschool”? I’m not sure why people ask me that so much, but I don’t.  Public School can be a battle-zone for sure! It is crazy the things I hear.  I guess you can say I had a proud moment the other day though, very grateful the Holy Spirit is working in my boys life.

In class last week Gregory was being “taught” some things totally contradictory to what we KNOW is true according to God’s Word.  He came home to share with us.  We were pretty upset since we had discussed with this teacher prior and she assured me this particular topic wasn’t going to be discussed in depth or even at all.  Well it was brought up in class and so the teacher decided to discuss it.  You can bet, I was on the phone having a nice little chat with her! 🙂

Gregory was talking with me and he said. “Ya know, I remember in my Bible study reading about that very thing and how it is against what God wants for us, so I knew it was wrong”. 

I just love hearing that he’s learning and growing in his walk with God, and able to retain those truths that he’s reading in God’s Word! He’s memorized so many scriptures over the years and been reading his Bible since 2nd grade.  It just makes me feel comforted knowing that He’s walking with God!

Love you Gregory.  Keep you light shinning and don’t ever ever let someone try to sway you from God’s Word! His Word is TRUTH and you can live by it!!
