Gideon and Titus LOVE Annie Mae, or so it seems.  They can’t seem to get enough of her when she’s up.  They pretty much smother her with kisses, pats and hugs.  Its all very sweet and cute (except for passing germs and getting her sick!).  However, I think some forms of jealousy are coming out in both of them.  There has been more crying.  Titus needs to sit and climb on me constantly.  He doesn’t like me to leave the room.  If I’m holding her he wants to be right there too.  Gideon seems to be less lovey as he was and then some days extra huggy and lovey.  The other day he wouldn’t hold my hand for the blessing at dinner and wouldn’t kiss me goodbye for school.  Also, naps have been a struggle for him.  He’s starting to cry some when we lay him down.   I’m not sure if he’s afraid of something or just upset in general.  I try to console him and tickle his back to calm him.  Its just a guess that some  of these things are a bit of jealousy coming out.

I’m doing my best and giving each some individual time.  Titus and I do a lot of reading cuddling with his blankies together.  I’ve been thinking of doing a little Mommy date soon with each of the kids.  I like to do this from time to time.
