Its that time that we have been waiting for. In Jan. it was 2 years of no seizures. Dr. wanted to give a few extra months so told us to come in in March. I can honestly say I am a bit nervous too. However, I know we are to give it all the Lord! Over a 9 week period Gideon will slowly be coming off of his seizure medication that he’s been on since he was a baby boy! He’s been on 4 1/2 ML for a while now which the dr. says is still a pretty high dose for his age. We bumped him down last week and tomorrow he will go down again. We are just watching him and praying for no seizures!
He was so adorable and cooperative at his appt. last week. He’s doing very well and learning more and more daily. He has a huge STUBBORN streak we can see. However, when he’s in school and with others he seems to be extra cooperative and does more. I can hardly wait to see what the Lord has in store for this little guy!!!
