Right now we have a 16 yr old, 12 1/2 yr old, 6 1/2 year old, almost 5 year old, 3 year old and an 18 mother   

Some days seem long.  Some just speed by.  Why is that? Why do the months just go so fast too? And years, those just go really fast. 

I’m realizing more and more that what is most important is RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME! I need to keep being more and more intentional about where my minutes, and hours go.  

The technology we have these days is pretty amazing.  To be able to hop on the computer or now even a phone to just look something up “real quick”.  Or to stay in touch with old friends and family, that is made so easy with social media, email and text.  While all these things can be good, they can also pull me away from what is RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME! 

I have decided to pull back from the use of texting, email, checking FB and Instagram.  Give myself limits on time.  Save the “checking” for durning naps or quickly at night.  

I don’t want to be distracted on my phone or computer when the kids want to show me something, or ask me a question.  I want to be all present.  ALL THERE.  I’m not saying I wasn’t before, but things have come up to show me that I want to be BETTER for my family in this area.
