He DIED for me, He DIED for MANY! How grateful are we? Or do we just take it for granted?

Been doing a lot of thinking lately and realizing that often times I take my salvation for granted and don’t look at it as I should.  I’m sure there are days that go by that I don’t think about what Christ did for me on that cross.  How sad and pathetic is that?! I don’t think I’m alone in this though.  A lot of Christians go on with day to day living and don’t give Him much thought.  I felt convicted about this and desire to be grateful EACH AND EVERY day for my Savior and what He did for me!
In my daily Bible ready I studied through Isaiah 53.  Wow, that is a powerful chapter of scripture.  He carried our sorrows, and bore our grief.  “But he was pierced through for our transgressions, He was crushed for our iniquities; The chastening for our well being fell upon Him And by His scourging we are healed”  Isaiah 53:5
All our sins were put on Him.  He died in our place.  He didn’t say a thing; He was like a sheep being led to slaughter.  “But the Lord was pleased to CRUSH Him putting Him to grief; He would render Himself as a guilt offering, He will see His offspring, He will prolong His days and the good pleasure of the Lord will prosper in His hand. “ Isaiah 53:10 He bore the sin of many and “interceded for the transgressors”.
I want to wake up everyday and be grateful for Jesus and what He did for me, what He did for so many of us! God is good and greatly to be praised and may all the glory go to Him!
