I got a new NIKON lens for my Birthday! Super excited. Its suppose to be great for low light (so indoors), and really a good lens for any type of light. I hate flash and love doing things in M mode now most of the time, so this lens is gonna really help me for taking pictures inside. I’m gonna have to get used to moving to get closer to my subjects since it doesn’t zoom. Its the 50mm f/1.4D AF.

Here are just a couple shots I snapped after opening it. I love getting that bokeh (blur) look to the background of the pictures and getting creative with that, just using the camera and not editing software. With this lens I can do that better too since the Aperture can go so low.
