God incident

He is always showing us something…. or trying to show us something in this life!

Doors seem to be closing (or not opening yet) for our companies and even other work/jobs Brian has looked into.  We aren’t sure what God is doing?!

We went to dinner with some friends last night and its amazing to me how God works to cause you to think of something in a different light and how God brings about confirmation!  We’ve gone out with Al and Cheryl many times and had some great discussions.  None quite like last night though.  I’m forever thankful for Al sharing his heart, looking out for Brian and giving some suggestions that weren’t expected and to me seemed to come “out of the blue”.

Lately my Bible studies have been on peace, calm in the storm, being Still, waiting, listening to God, and to not worry.  Seems to all be lining up! Earlier in the morning Brian felt a tug on his heart to just STOP. STOP and listen to God, STOP and get in the word, STOP and just BE STILL.  He read his Bible and just sorta went on with the  day but never really stopped completely. Brian is a “go getter” and works super hard. At dinner we had some wonderful discussions and to hear Al share his heart and passion with getting alone with God & NOTHING but your Bible, so you could hear His Voice was a confirmation that Brian needed! God might just be closing doors to get attention to something far greater than anything we can imagine!

Praying for quiet, peace, clarity, God’s wisdom, changed hearts, change in character, & God’s work to be done, all for HIS GLORY!

Praying for your family. Waiting on the Lord is so hard. Hang on! Waiting is not fun-filled, but when it’s finally ready for you – you really celebrate in new ways what only God was able to coordinate!
