On our minds and things going on…..

  • I’m amazed at how I can feel this baby move inside me so early on! It happened twice yesterday (once while waking from a nap, and again in the middle of the night) Both times I had a full bladder, and on the left side of my tummy a little “ball” would come up to the “surface” so to speak and I could totally feel it.  If Brian was awake he would have been able to feel it too! I think the more kids you have the sooner you feel and notice these things! Its soooo cool!!
  •  Today is a busy day.  I’ve got a super bowl cake to make (tradition!)
  • Brian is working on finishing our gate so that the entire front yard will be fenced in.  No more Luke darting for the road! He loves to go out where the boys play basketball which is right in the road.  Gregory and Adam are old enough and we don’t get a lot of traffic but I can’t have Luke wandering about in the street! I’m excited to finally get it done! So thankful BK works so hard and enjoys it.
  •  We cleaned out the garage and have a bunch of stuff to give away. What do you do with all your “ride on toys” and bikes? Brian wants more space for building stuff and for his train set.  Trying to figure if we should store them outside under the side porch or what?! hmm… ideas would be greatly appreciated!
  •  Brian is also gonna build a sand box for the boys! Luke is a total outside little guy and a sand box would be perfect! We have enough wood right now for him to throw something together!
  •  Trying to set up a time for us to get away to a cabin somewhere beginning of March! Excited to have a little weekend trip away as a family!!
  •  Gregory is busy tackling the task of pulling weeds.  We have a lot of them!! He’s starting to do a bunch of extra chores and saving up for something special!
  •  Enjoying my new study through the book of Revelation! Gregory is doing a study on Abraham. Adam is really enjoying memorizing his Sparky book now that we downloaded the music for all the verses! Makes it easy to memorize scripture!
