Just as I suspected…. he’s having a growth spurt! I’ve been so hungry lately…. like even after I eat a meal. Hate it cause I don’t want to gain… but I think he’s the one that is hungry! LOL
They hit it on the nose too…. He does MOVE A LOT and keeps me up some! But I love knowing he’s healthy. I love too that the boys both have felt him and love to 🙂 It’s very cute!
I go to the Dr. this coming Friday for a checkup and then on Sept. 16th for another ultra sound (can’t wait…. and we’ll be sure to share our little guys face again!).
This week and last I’ve been suffering with a deep cough and lots of asthma. I started my advair again trying to get my asthma under control! Hoping the cough ends soon! My ears have been plugged too and I’m frustrated with not being able to hear…. so I’m anxious to get over this thing soon!
How your baby’s growing:
This week, your baby measures over 16 inches long. He weighs about 3.3 pounds (try carrying four navel oranges) and is heading into a growth spurt. He can turn his head from side to side, and his arms, legs, and body are beginning to plump out as needed fat accumulates underneath his skin. He’s probably moving a lot, too, so you may have trouble sleeping because your baby’s kicks and somersaults keep you up. Take comfort: All this moving is a sign that your baby is active and healthy.
