Things are going great with us these days. We are still working on the house. Little by little all the projects are getting done! We are gonna have to wait until after the baby is born to “finish” the cabinets in the kitchen with Polyurethane because I can’t be breathing it in. So we are going to put on the doors without it for a few months. We are fine with waiting on that if it will be better for my health (asthma wise)! We are so grateful to Grandpa Kraft for knowing someone who could replace our AC for way less than it would have cost us! The old one was leaking non stop and we figured out the problem and it needed to be replaced. It’s great to have a new thermostat that works too!
We can’t wait to do the back yard. The grass is hideous, but it will all have to come in time. The boys play out there all the time, so I’m not sure how easy it will be to get grass put in. But it sure would be better than the dirt that we have now. Brian works from 7 until 3:30 during the week so a lot of projects are done in the evenings or Saturdays, as time permits.
Munchkin is doing great! Moving all the time! I think I’m enjoying this pregnancy more than any other. Maybe its because we lost three little ones and I just don’t take it for granted and am enjoying this little one growing inside! My next appointment is the end of the month. Other than getting tired and heartburn a lot lately I’m feeling great!
I love having the boys home all Summer with no school! I’m thinking its flying by too fast though! We have a few fun plans some which we’ve already done, but are enjoying a nice relaxing Summer so far. The boys are going to two more Vacation Bible Schools in town this Summer coming up. We are going to Build a Bear tomorrow. Going to the movies for a couple good ones that are showing this Summer. A couple FREE movies too! Gregory’s 9th Birthday is coming up too! He wants a DODGER Party. We’ll probably do it pretty low key with family on the 21st and then we’ll do something with him on the 22nd (the real day).
We are so excited about our upcoming camping trip. It’s only a two day one, but still for our first real camping trip we are excited. We are even going to go fishing in stocked lake and cook them while we camp! We aren’t “experienced” at fishing…. so any tips? We think we can rent poles there which is good since we don’t have any. We are hoping to do a little hiking, visit a cave, see the big giant redwoods and relax as a family!
