A Coyote came and pulled our only rooster out from under the door of the coop. We found him dead and eaten 10 rows back. I still can’t figure how he got Ash out from the small area he pried open! ?

Very scary that he came so close to the house! Gotta keep the kitties up at night for sure! Ash the rooster was sick anyway. Had the same sort of thing the other roosters got! We’ve boarded up the floor in the coop so they won’t peck the ground, not sure what else we can do. I don’t know what it is with us and chickens!!!! They keep dying on us! 🙁
