Spring just informed me that the power just went out at our house. I am headed home to help clear brush from around the house as well as pack up some stuff in the van as a precaution. There is also another fire burning out of control near Magic Mountain and apparently headed straight for us. With the winds as they are, who knows how long it could be before it reaches us.

This may be the last post for a while depending upon the power situation. We’ll update as soon as we know more.
