I sort of flooded the blog today with posts. They were all posts in my phone that I hadn’t actually posted! Its busy! Very busy! 6 kids and 4 of them 5 yrs and under is just busy! ha ha! I’m tired today too.
Updates on my Dad:
He’s still at the VA hospital. They are looking to move him to a facility to better help with physical therapy. However, my dad needs to have the will power to push through the pain and work those muscles in his legs that he hasn’t been using. Pray for that! Also he sort of seems in and out of it mentally to me, which makes his speech slurred at times too. Its really hard but we are trusting in a God who is way bigger and He’s got Pop in his hands in whatever He decides to allow happen!
Mom is very sick right now. Most likely has the flu or bronchitis. She got some medication today. Hopefully that will kick in for her. She sounds just awful. She has been getting worn out driving to west LA daily and getting up so early to get going. Pray for her to have a quick healing. God is with her during this storm and He will get her through as well.
Adam
Adam has been struggling in school to pay attention and keep focus. We are praying and God is awesome to lead and guide our path. I pray that God protect and be with Adam during this tough time in his life too. He’s a good kid, good heart and does show a love for Christ. God will get him through this time I have faith in that. He sure loves his Annie Mae and is a great big brother. Adam had a big OCD set back when we took him off medication (3weeks later flare up, big one). We put him back on and 5 days later he had calmed down. Now we are just dealing with the other issues.
Our house:
Cleared the mold. Carpets deep cleaned. We may still have to remove the PAD in Gideon’s room. Its still giving off a dirt/musk smell that I can’t seem to get rid of. The Laundry room is coming along. Gregory’s little corner in the laundry room is gonna be really nice for him! He wanted his own little room and so that will continue to be it but its gonna be neat now. Brian is also working on gutting our garage and getting it set up to be a nice work shop. Its been a junk yard for far to long. I will post pictures soon of everything.
I’m so grateful we have the Lord. I don’t know how people do life with out HIM!!
