These sweet pictures were taken during some really tough times.  Its just been a bit crazy around here lately.  Its funny how photos are deceiving. You would never know the crazy that was going on behind them! ha ha!

My Dad has been admitted to the VA hospital.  He will be there 2 weeks or longer possibly.  If no improvements he will be moved to another facility.  He doesn’t seem the same when I talk to him on the phone.  He’s had some strokes from the looks of some of the tests.  Can’t get out of bed on his own yet and isn’t eating much at all.  Today though he says he wants to try to get better and wants to work at it.  Praying that can happen.

We had to do some work in the laundry room (and Gregory’s little nook).  Found mold in the wall from an on going leak from the water heater.  During this project we decided to go with a tankless water heater.  That made us have no hot water.  Found out it was the cheap faucets in our bathrooms.  Had to replace those.  That meant cutting drywall in the family room to get into the bathrooms!  The faucets were the problem.  Now we have pipping hot water and don’t have a huge water heater that kept breaking every few months! Then on Sunday morning we woke to a leak (flood) in the laundry room.  A cap from a capped off pipe had cracked and water was EVERYWHERE.  All over our storage and toys that we had out there, all over Gregory’s bed too.  Just a MESS!! Oh goodness.  Brian is also in the middle of fixing his garage to be a nice work space.  He hung the cabinets while we cleaned out toys.

Now we realize there is a CRACK in the bottom of our shower, it is leaking! It seems that everything is breaking all of a sudden!

Including my jaw.  4-5 months ago Titus did a pretty good blow to my left side and my jaw went out. Hurt like crazy.  I was able to get it to click back in to place.  Never been the same though.  Lately huge headaches too.  Dentist says I’m wearing out the teeth on the right side and the bone.  He’s gonna give me a guard to see if that takes pressure off to help get it back into place.  Praying that will help.  Thankful that my front tooth that has been more sensitive isn’t dead.  Gideon hit his head HARD on it two Summers ago jumping in the pool.  I’m finally just now getting to the dentist about all this.

We had been saving for a possible room addition.  However with all this, we may not be able to.  However, I’m thankful God has provided so we can handle these problems that have come up right now.

Hopefully the painting will start soon in the laundry room.  He just finished the drywall.  Now to paint, get the AC unit, washer, dryer all hooked back up…. then to decorate and make it spiffy.  Gregory loves his little nook out there and he’s missed being home.  He’s been sleeping down at Pop and Granma’s.  We didn’t want him around the mold and he didn’t want to live in the mess.
