A friend of mine posted this a while back…. so I thought I would share it too!
“If your blog is good and you’re blogging consistently, you’ll be successful.
That’s it. Two conditions. If it sounds simplistic, it’s because we don’t think enough about that second part: blogging consistently. Most bloggers start off with a passion and excitement, only to have it wane within a few weeks or a few months.”
“Step 1: Blog Every Day
Consistency is key, so for the next 90 days you absolutely must:
Post at least one good post…
Every weekday… “

And so, you are wondering the point of this whole thing….I’m getting there….as much as I enjoy blogging for the enjoyment of our readers, I also like to read other blogs…especially blogs of friends. Consider yourselves encouraged to blog more often.
But, as the article says, only do it if you enjoy it. Please, please, please, post more often. No, you don’t have to be a posting nut like me but a little more often couldn’t hurt! =0)
I’m glad you like posting so much. I only really post when something important or interesting has happened. I think you have far more things that fall into that category seeing as how you have kids and all. 😉
Also I just don’t have the time to post every single day. Brian doesn’t have a lot of interest in the blog and we both work all day and like to spend time together in the evenings, but you can be assured that if anything happens it’ll be in our blog! 🙂
Happy posting 😀
This is true about our walk too isn’t it? So many people start out all excited and then wane over time. Let us not be discouraged but spend time every day in God’s word. Consistency is the key!! Just reminded me of that as I read your post.
Laurel… so true… never thought about that : )
