I used to hate eating my veggies when I was younger and would have to swallow them with a big swig of whtever I wass drinking (usually milk) but now it is no problem!!
I like ketchup too, but maybe not quite that much….If he’s eating them, even with a load of ketchup, better than not at all! 🙂 I know some kids like melted cheese on their broccoli so maybe try that with him! Or celery with peanut butter… I hear that is good too!
Yeah, good idea Sarah! Dips are fun too–and try cutting the raw veggies into fun shapes or making a scene out of them! Broccoli can be trees, celery can be little boats…you could have radish flowers on the side and spoonfuls of dip for clouds or something! Use your imagination!
I remember the days of not liking certain veggies (peas). We are fortunate. Ben likes so many foods, including vegetables. One of his favorites is celery (cut into safe pieces) with hummus.
Funny…or maybe not for Gregory. He looks so serious in the last picture.

Skyler gags on everything, too- and he’s not a big fan of ketchup…
