Adam has been obsessed with thinking he’s not growing. He keeps asking “Am I getting bigger”? and then tells me all the time, “I’m not getting bigger like Gregory”. So last night we pulled out all the photo albums and I showed him how he’s grown sooo much! Today has been constant talking about getting bigger (taller). He keeps coming to me asking if he is bigger than his cousin Abigail (she’s taller than him and I think he’s bummed about this fact!)
Adam, I think you are growing waaay to fast! Daddy and I look at you and your brother Gregory and can’t believe how you’ve grown! Why don’t you stop growing for a while!!?
I agree!! I think about that a lot more these days, the fact that they are boys and not babies anymore, but still your babies, and remembering seeing them for the first time in the hospital and knowing it will go by all too fast with Brayden too!!!
Yea they get big too fast and they aren’t even my kids!!! So far none of my nephews have stayed little so it will be up to Brayden! 😉
Well, Adam I like you the way you are and Gregory too, but I think you are growing just fine. And as much as I would like to see you both stay young forever, I’m also eager to see what wonderful men you turn out to be and all the blessings God has in store for you throughout your life…
