Tonight was Gregory’s last baseball game of the year. Gregory was given the chance to be the starting pitcher again (finally) for only the third time this year. He did really well. He got to pitch 3 full innings and got the win. He didn’t allow any hits. He walked two batters, two reached on errors and he struck out six total. He even got a hit himself and almost scored on a close play at the plate.
He is getting a lot better with his windup and delivery. His coaches always want him to throw harder, but you can’t argue with his results. He throws lots of strikes and the kids are swinging and missing at many of his pitches.

I’m sure GK is sad to be done with baseball. He improved SO much from last year! I just wish the coaches had given him more of a chance to pitch more. He is really good at it.
