We got a call tonight that the appraiser went back to the house (third time) and found that the water pressure was very low and that the heater wasn’t working. However, we remembered the water pressure just fine a couple weeks ago when we had our home inspector out and the heater was running when we checked it tonight.

So at this point we have a plumbing issue to address and we do not know what the situation is. It may be nothing at all or it could be a major issue. We just don’t know really know. What I do know is that the Lord knows what the problem is and although he isn’t coming by tomorrow to check it out, we can trust in Him.

Other than that, we still have not signed papers yet. We thought we were going today, but now we are told that it will be tomorrow… maybe. No one seems to really know that much…. continuing to learn patience all the time.
