Well I’ve almost hit 40 weeks. I will for sure this Wed if he doesn’t come before then! I have to admit of all my pregnancies this has been the most enjoyable one. I’ve loved carrying this little blessing all these months. He’s moved the most of any! He’s been a joy from the start for all of us! These months truly have flown by! Amazing how the time does seem to fly so these days!
I got to go to another friends baby shower today and it was really fun. I really enjoyed my Mom’s devotion. She did in on Prayer and how important it is to truly pray for our kids. Really lift them up to the Lord! I really loved that and her devotion really showed me the importance of never giving up and always praying for our children, even after they are grown and have left the nest. I know Brian and I prayed for each of our kids before they were even born into this world and we do lift them up all the time even still. We can pray and be so specific as well. It’s such a comfort to know that we have a close knit relationship with our heavenly Father that we can come boldly before the throne and pray for the little blessings He has entrusted to us! Being grown and have a family of my own now, it is so comforting to know that my parents are still praying for me, Brian and the boys. It’s such a comfort to have prayer warriors in your life and know that they are constantly lifting you up, even if you aren’t in the “home” anymore! Thanks Pop and Mom! I hope we can be the kind of examples you are to us, to our own kids! Love you!
