The boys were pretty bummed about missing our trip to Sacramento this weekend. So we decided since the sky was blue this morning and the forecast was great, we’d head up to the snow. Glad we left early, because when we were leaving Mt. Pino’s the cars were lined up with people wanting to play in the snow! They even closed Frazier park we noticed on our way back from lunch!
The snow was pretty deep. Went up to my thighs the first step I took! A little difficult to walk around in with a baby, but we all had so much fun! We were bummed we couldn’t go further up into the mountains but the roads were packed still with snow and we couldn’t get through! We found lots of fresh fluffy stuff and made slushies too. After we headed towards Bakersfield to go to SONICS for lunch! Yum, limeade that I craved when I was pregnant with Luke!
