Luke Samuel 4 months old

Can hardly believe its been FOUR months already (March 15th, 2010)! Seriously the time is just flying by. Maybe because he’s our third little guy?! Gregory and Adam just adore him and love to get him laughing. They are both helpful big brothers too.

Luke is a very good baby! He’s pretty predictable too, and I like that! He’s on a great schedule and let’s me and Brian get lots of sleep at night. Normally just waking in the early morning and gets in bed with us to eat and back to sleep. Occasionally he’ll wake in the night needing a little snack. I still nurse the little chubs! He’s a very good eater too! Luke has the biggest bluest eyes! And I’m still seeing shades of red in his hair, though at times I see a lot of blond. He’s got a cute little smile, and he acts all shy when others get him to smile. Its soo cute!
Took him for his 4 month check up today and he got shots too. His older brothers got to go with us. So sad when they have to get shots! He was a trooper though! When we got in the car, Gregory said “Mommy, I wish I could have taken the shots for Luke”. Sweet big brother!
He weighs: 17 pounds and 6 ounces
Height: 26 3/4
Percentile: 95th
One of his eyes is showing signs that he could have amblyopia so we have to take him to see a pediatric eye dr. soon.

When you go to the eye doctor, whatever you do DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT, go to Dr.Cooper in Thousand Oaks. Worst pediatric doctor out there. NO bedside manners whatsoever, and he was very MEAN and COLD towards Landon every time we went there. One time it was all Andy could do to keep from socking him when he was sticking some tools in Landon's eye's with no patience and understanding whatsoever. You could not pay me to take my kids to that guy ever again. We found out Landon needed eye surgery right before we moved and I was going to change doctors if we stayed.
