We have been staying very busy these days! Right now we are concentrating on getting our front yard fence put in. Brian has been working really hard on digging up huge rocks (picture below), brick and concrete. We got that stump of an olive tree out and will be planting a fica tree next week. He’s hoping to get the fence done within a couple weeks. One of the organic ag guys is gonna come out next week to help him dig out a few more roots, dig the hole for the tree, move a sprinkler line, and help me replant roses We are going to have all grass in the front and a tree, and maybe a few nice flower boxes. Should be great this Spring and Summer. Will be nice to have it all fenced in.
The roses will get replanted in the back yard and some near the mail box planter area.
Levi came to help get a big rock out so Brian could continue to dig the ditch so we can move the sprinkler line.

There no more!Our next “big project” will be after the yard is done. We are transforming our laundry room (which is part of the garage) into a “real room”. We just want the laundry room to have a more “part of our house” kind of feel when you go out there. So, we will install drywall, floor to ceiling shelves, floor, door, and possibly a window. More to come on that project when we start! Brian is anxious to begin that project and learn more new things!
