My little Luke is growing like a weed and is 15 1/2 months! He cry’s now when we leave him in the nursery! So hard! Although he still naps on my shoulder during the singing during church, so he gets a tiny nap in the morning on Sunday’s. However, I think we are gonna have to for-go that soon to get him adapted to staying in the nursery. For naps and bed now we normally can lay him down after nursing or our routine before bed. When he was sick though he started to cry when we’d lay him down. Now we have a “talk” before bed and say “no crying, lay down and go seeepy seeepy night night”.   I think it seems to work!  He understands me, right?! Yesterday the cutest and saddest thing…. he sat up on his knees and had a little pouty face but never cried when I left. It was like he was saying “mommy, please don’t leave, but I’ll be good and not cry if you do”. There are still times we rub his back and tickle his face when he just needs that extra touch to go to sleep! One of his favorite things these days is chickens or “bawwwk bawwwwk’s” as he calls them. He loves to look at ours and loves to go in the coop out at Levi’s house. He loves dogs, balls, kitty’s, toy story stuff (woody and buzz)  and books. He loves to play outside with rocks too! We all end up cracking up at him at some point during the day. He’s hilarious to watch and makes us laugh! He’s a sweet cuddle bug too, which I just love!!  He still is a little “mommy’s boy” and “daddy’s Boy” when around other people for sure!
