At church today Luke found a snail.  He just HAD to carry it with him EVERYWHERE! He even brought it into the nursery with him.  He had to show it off to everyone too.  Oh geeze! The kid and his snails.  We got home and he nicely placed it on the window out in our front yard.  We had lunch and then he went in his bed for nap.  I’m out in the living room rocking Gideon, boys are out riding bikes, I hear Luke jabbering in his bed.  Then, I hear the door to the laundry room open and close. I thought for a moment that it might be Luke escaping, but shortly after I heard his jabbering again.  So I figured it was Gregory or Adam coming in for something.  I lay Gideon down for nap and go in to see Luke to tell him to get to sleep.  He then whispers “snail” and shows me his snail.  I guess he snuck out front to get his snail and got back in quick before I noticed.
