Adam came in from riding his scooter.  He had fallen and skinned his knee and landed on his hands.  He said

 “My knee isn’t the bad thing, its my hands.  I think its kinda like when you rub sticks together, you know how it makes FIRE.  I think when I skid on my hands it almost made fire and that’s why its burning so much”
