Wawona and Yosemite Trip

Our trip was short.  Fun.  Memories Made.  Busy.  Enjoyable.  Hard.  Tiring.  Yes, glad we went and the boys loved it.  More details to come from Daddy Kraft.  The Cabin was a blessing although it was extremely hot and that means for this pregnant lady it was like double the degrees! It was so pretty.  God’s creation is amazing.  Truly was pretty to see.

On the way to the creek.

 Swimming hole

The view at Glacier point was amazing! So glad we drove up there to see this.  God is Amazing.

One of our favorite nights was putting Titus and Gideon to bed super early and having the whole evening outside with card games and horseshoes.  We taught Luke GO FISH with his new animal cards.  He loved it.  Wasn’t thrilled that he TIED with Gregory on winning!

We followed the trail to LOWER yosemite Falls and then Luke and Adam wanted to hike over rocks to get to the falls. I took them.  It was fun.  We got pretty close but there were a few HUGE rocks that I wasn’t sure about so we played in the water a little and just said we got super close.

On our way home we got to stop at Bass Lake to visit some good friends the Stewarts.  Gregory used to be good buds with Burke and Adam with Colby.  We miss them!

Love this shot of my sweet boys.

Gideon loved the water too and was very busy.

I forgot my swim suit but it was so hot, Adam wanted me to get in.  It was nice! The swimming hole was Adam’s favorite! Titus loved sitting in his seat tipping his toes in the water!

Eating outside was wonderful.  Luke loved our morning blue Jay visitor that came.

Luke’s FAVORITE part of VACATION was petting a squirrel.   It was really cute.

Titus loved the mirror in our room.

The boys at Lower Yosemite Falls.  I hear the water level is super low and this FLOWS much better at times.  Was still pretty!

Looks like such an AMAZING trip you guys! I'm so glad you got to go and so glad you took so many great pictures for us to see! Also, I'd love to know what the name of that baby seat is you have for Titus! I would love to get one for this next little babe!

The pictures are spectacular! Between your photography and Brian's skill at writing, you should team up for some books or articles or something!!
I can tell it's been dry down there…those waterfalls look like barely a trickle! You should go back in a few years, maybe in springtime, after the snow and a good winter, and see it all again. Love that little seat thing Titus had. Looks as if you guys had lots of fun, despite all the trials.
Again, your photos are just wonderful Spring! Thanks for sharing!
